You can seek counseling with a secular counselor and receive help. But with christian counseling you have an advantage. When times of trouble come and there seems to be no answers you can look to your faith.
Many times when a situation looks impossible, prayer and seeking God can be your refuge. Not to say secular counseling doesn’t work but you have an edge or advantage with christian counseling that others don’t.
