Are you not feeling so well about your life? Is your life empty and not fulfilled? Ok. Well let’s take a look at something else. Where is your life centered?
Is your life centered around yourself. Your desires and pleasures. You getting everything you want in life materially. You conquering everything you think you see and control?
First your control can disappear overnight. Your material possessions can be taken from you. Your family can desert you. Your marriage can end. Then what?
If you believe consciously or unconsciously that the world revolves around you, well you are mistaken. The only way to truly have peace and happiness in your life is through accepting Jesus but beyond that there is more.
A Christian or not your life can be empty due to no direction. No giving of yourself to others. No giving of yourself to your family or spouse. Helping someone with no expectation of benefitting from it. Or completely anonymous giving with no expectation of anything.
What are you living for? If it’s all for yourself you are missing the boat on wonderful and fulfilling times in your life. Life is short don’t totally waste it on yourself.
