Have you ever felt uncomfortable or anxious about something but weren’t exactly sure why? Can you identify how you are feeling now?
Being aware or mindful of how you feel and what exactly it is you are feeling is a step toward understanding what exactly is happening with you.
Do you feel sick at your stomach, do you have an extremely shaky or nervous feeling? Do you feel hungry or lack sleep? Identifying what you are feeling is the first step in understanding what is going on with you.
There many things that you can do to solve many of the uncomfortable feelings you are having. Understanding is first. Deep breathing could be a technique that can be used. Making sure your nutrition and hydration are other things that you can make sure that have been taken care of.
If these things cannot be identified but you are still having issues make an appointment for a counseling session. A counselor can most likely help you identify what you are uncomfortable about and make suggestions for what steps you can take to get back to feeling much better.
