Always Improving

Are you always striving for something better? Are you truly committed to change and sacrifice for what you want to improve? Anything you want to change will require some change or some sacrifice.
If you want to get in shape are you willing to rise early every day for that change? Most will not. If you are told to change your habits by your doctor or face death? That has a little more motivation to it.
Improvement in life is a choice and most likely will involve some kind of sacrifice be it your time or something else to get that change. Another thing to consider who are you improving for? Hopefully yourself or something that would benefit your family or loved ones. Improving or changing to impress other people or will most likely not work. When other people aren’t impressed with what you have done will you continue? Possibly not.
If you truly need to improve for yourself and you are willing to change your life in some way and sacrifice something you then might be on the way to true improvement. Counseling might help you discover your real need for improving. It might not be what you are thinking.
