In this weeks video counselors Dr Kevon Owen, Destini Ramsey and Jack Smith are talking about “Probably can’t see the future?” We all have been at that place where we knew what we were doing no matter what it is, taking a test, being in a competitive sporting event or many other things but we believed we would fail or have a negative outcome. You most likely got the outcome you predicted. If you had gone into that with a better mental attitude maybe the outcome would have been at least better if not positive.
Just talking yourself into this positive mental attitude is not easy when you’re not accustomed to doing so. Help from a licensed professional counselor will be very helpful.
