Getting Old

This is a subject we all face as we age. When we are young and life seems so easy to get through we tend to take it for granted that we will feel great when we get older. That may not always be true.
Aging can come with disease, disappointments and not accomplishing what we had originally set out to do, and losing friends and loved ones. Life sometimes doesn’t always seem fair but I believe you will find that it’s mostly in how you approach aging.
Whether you are in. perfect health, declining health, riches, or being poor, your attitude will determine how you age. Don’t dwell on your limitations but see what you can do where you are. No matter the circumstances. This actually works for all ages but in senior years you have the advantage of wisdom and being able to see through experienced eyes.
