Early in life we are born into this world somewhat static or view ourselves as predetermined. The great thing is we can change. If you don’t like something about your self at the moment then start on the road to changing.
Some people might say this is the way I am and I can’t change. Well you are correct if you view yourself that way then you can’t change but actually you can.
Doesn’t matter who you are, you age, your social skills or anything else. If you want to change something about your self the get started. The first step would be mentally.
Does this change go against your beliefs? Well then you need to reevaluate your beliefs. Is. this change going to be good for you morally, spiritually and physically? You might want to pray about it. Speaking with a counselor might be a good move as well.
